April 9th marked our second George Cleverley bespoke trunk show at LSBH and our first GC dinner at Mastro’s steakhouse down the street.
Long time as well as new Cleverley bespoke clients were treated to a wonderful night of fellowship, cocktails, and amazing steak.

Our Spring George Cleverley bespoke trunk show will be held on Saturday April 9th at Leather Soul Beverly Hills.
Pictured above are shoes ready for our clients at the “fitting stage.” The fitting stage is generally the mid way point in the bespoke process. During the fitting, Cleverley representatives will check the fit and style to make sure it meets our client’s expectations. Measurements are cross reference to ensure accuracy of fit. At this point, the client still has the the option to make an adjustment to the fit and shape of the shoe.
Once the client approves the shoes, they will be replaced on their individual lasts in Cleverley’s London workshop where the sole is stitched on by hand. The heels are then built up and the edges of these are stained, finished and sealed for waterproofing. Finally, the lasts are removed, the remaining heel building nails are clipped and insole linings are added.
